Private
Macaron
Masterclass
A quintessential Parisian experience in the heart of Saint-Germain-des-Prés — learn the secrets of the French macaron in our boutique workshop on the Rive Gauche, guided by Ferrandi-trained pastry chefs since 2009.
In 2 hours, you'll make your own macarons from scratch — hands-on, working in pairs — and leave with a beautiful box of your own creations.
English classes are exclusively private, for groups of 10 to 30 people.
Ferrandi Chefs
All our instructors are graduates of École Ferrandi Paris — France's most prestigious culinary school — teaching with expertise and passion since 2009.
Truly Hands-On
This is not a demonstration. Every guest makes their own macarons, working in pairs — mixing, piping, baking, filling and assembling, start to finish.
Private Groups Only
We welcome 10 to 30 guests. Groups of more than 18 are split across our two kitchens, each with its own dedicated chef.
Take Your Macarons Home
Every participant leaves with a gift box of ~10 macarons in multiple flavours — chocolate, raspberry, pistachio, hazelnut and more — made entirely by themselves.
Your 2-Hour Workshop Programme
Introduction to the atelier, the history of the French macaron, and a tour of the ingredients.
You make your own almond-meringue shells — grinding, folding, macaronage technique guided step by step.
Pipe your shells onto parchment and slide them into the oven. This is where precision meets patience.
Prepare ganaches and buttercreams in several flavours: chocolate, raspberry, pistachio, hazelnut.
Fill, sandwich and pack your creations into a beautiful gift box — your Parisian souvenir to take home.

Loved by Visitors
from Around the World
Absolutely the best activity we did in Paris. Our whole team of 22 people had a fantastic time — the chef was brilliant, patient, and so knowledgeable. We all left with our boxes of macarons feeling incredibly proud.
We booked this for a bachelorette party and it exceeded every expectation. The atelier is beautiful, the neighbourhood is wonderful, and the macarons we made were genuinely delicious. Highly recommend for any group visiting Paris.
I booked this for my mother's 60th birthday and it was a perfect afternoon. She had never made macarons before and came away feeling like a real Parisian pastry chef. The chef's expertise really showed — worth every cent.
